Who is this course for?

Aspiring scouts and recruiters, coaches, analysts and enthusiasts who want to enter recruitment as it is practised inside clubs. No diploma required — selection is based on motivation and your project.

How is the programme structured?

12 weeks fully online, across 4 phases: environment & breaking into the trade, tools & methodology (Wyscout, shortlists), player & market analysis, then decision & club process. The course ends with a recruitment committee where you present and defend your picks.

How much is the course and how do I book?

€1,990. An FSE advisor reviews your application before payment to make sure the course fits your project.

Is the course certifying?

Yes — it is the certifying course in the FSE catalogue. Certification is awarded after the final recruitment committee and recognised across the FSE network. It is not a state diploma.
