FSE Group offers the following product categories:

• FSE Detections : 1- to 2-day detection days attended by mandated scouts. Prices: 89€ to 99€ incl. tax. Cities: Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, London.
• Academy Experience programmes : Football-and-study training programmes (1 to 3 weeks) in Málaga. Prices: 750€ to 2 100€ incl. tax.
• Camps FSE Séville : Elite camps (1 week, 16 places maximum). Price: 1 490€ incl. tax, all inclusive.
• Professional training : Online or hybrid training courses (scouting, video analyst, FIFA agent). Prices: 1 490€ to 1 990€ incl. tax.

Prices are shown in euros, tax included. FSE Group reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Step 1 — Form submission : The customer fills in the online registration form, providing their personal details and playing position. Submitting the form does not constitute a contract.

Step 2 — FSE confirmation : The FSE team checks the availability of places and contacts the customer within 24 business hours to confirm the booking.

Step 3 — Payment : Payment is made by bank transfer once the place has been confirmed by the FSE team. For registrations over 300€, an FSE advisor makes contact before any validation in order to tailor the support provided.

Step 4 — Final validation : The booking is final upon receipt of full payment. A written confirmation is sent by email.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer. Bank details are provided by email once the place has been confirmed.

In the event of payment in instalments (granted exceptionally and in writing), the first payment is due upon confirmation, with the balance due no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to pay the balance results in the cancellation of the booking with no refund of the deposit.

No registration is definitively confirmed without receipt of full payment (or of the first instalment for instalment payments).

Cancellations initiated by the customer:

Any cancellation must be notified by email to contact@footballscoutevents.com together with the confirmation number. The date the email is received shall prevail.

Cancellation initiated by FSE Group:

Should FSE Group cancel an event (insufficient number of participants, force majeure), registered customers are refunded in full within 7 business days. FSE Group cannot be held liable for any incidental costs (travel, accommodation) incurred by the customer.

FSE Group events are subject to quotas by playing position (Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfielder, Forward). These quotas are displayed in real time on the website.

Booking a place is only final once it has been confirmed by the FSE team and payment has been received. FSE Group cannot guarantee the availability of a position between the submission of the form and confirmation.

Should the desired position be unavailable at the time of confirmation, FSE Group will offer to reschedule to another event or a full refund.

The customer undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Hold a medical certificate of fitness to play football (mandatory for any participation)
• Comply with the rules of conduct and discipline in force during the events
• For minors: obtain written parental authorisation prior to participation
• Take out individual accident insurance covering sports activity

FSE Group undertakes to organise events under the best possible conditions and to bring in the announced scout partners. FSE Group cannot guarantee any outcome (signing, recruitment) following participation in an event.

FSE Group accepts no liability for any bodily or material damage resulting from the fault of the participant or a third party, for theft or loss of personal belongings, or for any indirect loss.

FSE Group's liability is limited to the amount of the registration paid by the customer.

Data collected at registration is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge within one year of the written complaint sent to FSE Group.
