Detections are short events (1–2 days) requiring precise logistical organisation with the physical presence of partner scouts.

Cancellation > 7 days before

Full refund (100%) by bank transfer within 7 business days.

Cancellation ≤ 7 days before

100% credit note usable for any future FSE detection (valid 12 months). No cash refund.

No-show on the day without prior cancellation

No refund, no credit note.

These programmes involve significant logistical commitments (accommodation, coaches, partner clubs). The policy becomes stricter as the date approaches.

Cancellation > 30 days before

Refund of 80% of the amount paid. The remaining 20% covers the administrative and booking costs incurred.

Cancellation 15 – 30 days before

100% credit note of the amount paid, usable for any FSE programme or camp within 12 months.

Cancellation < 15 days before

No refund, no credit note. The full amount remains acquired by FSE Group due to the costs incurred.

No-show without cancellation

No refund, no credit note.

Camps FSE Séville are limited to 16 places and involve exclusive agreements with our partner clubs. The cancellation conditions are identical to those of the programmes.

Due to the very limited number of places, any cancellation less than 15 days before cannot give rise to any refund or credit note, except in documented cases of force majeure (hospitalisation, death of a direct family member — on presentation of supporting evidence).

Online training courses start on a fixed date with immediate access to the educational content.

Cancellation before the start of the course

80% refund if cancelled > 7 days before the start. 100% credit note if cancelled ≤ 7 days before.

Cancellation after the start (access to content)

No refund once the training content has been accessed.

FSE Group may have to cancel an event in the following cases:

• Insufficient number of participants to guarantee the quality of the event
• Unavailability of the announced scouts or partner clubs
• Force majeure (bad weather, security issues, pandemic, etc.)

In all such cases, a full refund (100%) of the amount paid is made within 7 business days of the cancellation notice, by bank transfer.

FSE Group cannot be held liable for incidental costs incurred by the customer (travel, accommodation, equipment), which remain solely the customer's responsibility.
