We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (ethnic origin, health, biometric data).

3. Legal bases for processing

  • Performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b) : Processing of registrations, management of places, confirmation and invoicing.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) : Follow-up of registrants, service improvement, fraud prevention.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) : Retention of accounting and tax data required by French law.
  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a) : Sending of marketing communications and newsletters (with the possibility of withdrawal at any time).

6. Your GDPR rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Right of access : Obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification : Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure : Request the deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Right to restriction : Restrict the processing of your data in certain situations.
  • Right to portability : Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object : Object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
  • Withdrawal of consent : Withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on that ground.
