Dear football lovers, dear parents,
My name is Wally Dieng. A former professional player, I wore the colours of clubs in Ligue 1, Ligue 2 and the MLS, as well as the France U21 national team 🇫🇷 — but it was the moment I hung up my boots that my true calling was born: to give back to football everything it gave me.
More than fifteen years ago, that conviction took shape. I founded Football Scout Events with a simple, demanding mission: to spot talent, reveal it, and open the doors of professional clubs in Europe, Africa and the United States. Today, 53 players I have guided hold a professional contract — among them, Ferland Mendy, now at Real Madrid.
But a journey is not measured in numbers alone. It is measured in lives transformed.
That is why I devote myself, every day, to putting my experience and my network at the service of a new generation. These young players whose talent is real, but whom the road to the top has not yet rewarded. My role: to stand by their side on every aspect of this demanding profession, until the dream becomes reality.
Football Scout Events is therefore not just a structure. It is the legacy of an entire career, passed on with exacting standards, and carried by four values that are non-negotiable: Determination. Respect. Trust. Performance.

Respect
Respect is our ability to consider ourselves and others in their singularity, their complexity and their difference. As a high-level athlete, respecting yourself means giving your maximum at every moment and leading by example. In football, as in life, without this fundamental value no one can progress.
Trust
Trusting others always feeds self-confidence. Self-confidence is not innate; it has to be built and maintained. In football, trusting and being trusted by your teammates is essential to progress individually and collectively, and to reach a common goal.
Determination
Being motivated is good; being determined is better. Determination is your ability to organise your motivations over time. In other words, it means seeing things through and taking responsibility for your choices.
Performance
Performance is the product of the three previous factors, combined with physical, technical, mental and social ones. What separates talent from success is work and perseverance — FSE expects every player to commit to doing whatever it takes to reach it.
