On Saturday 31 August 2019, the Gorges club (Loire-Atlantique) held its traditional charity day for the children of Haiti: a tournament, a gala match and an evening of festivities. Wally Dieng was there.
During the gala line-up, the “Artistes sportifs de cœur” — bringing together former professional players including Wally Dieng, comedians from the Jamel Comedy Club and elite athletes — took on the former Canaris of FC Nantes.
For Wally Dieng, these gatherings extend a simple conviction, which he himself puts this way: “giving back to football what football gave me.”
It is the same spirit that drives FSE: putting a network and experience at the service of others, on the pitch and beyond.
